We are under constatn duress from time tables, schedules, plans, goals and of course at the mercy of our own deleterious thoughts and memories. Once can see how meditation does not fit well with most belief systems... Interesting post. Could you comment on the change in what was earlky Rastafri beliefs to the more contemporary views. I find that Rastafri has evolved to become more inclusive of humanity as a whole and less of a supremacy sentiment. Do you feel this has contributed to the global acceptance of these beliefs.
